For all orders placed via prepaid mode (Credit Card, Net Banking and Debit Card) shall be serviced to you on your billing email id and registered mobile number with us. Orders placed on Cash on Delivery shall be dispatched through our courier partners within 24 hours of your order. We urge all customers to inspect the deal clearly that you have requested.
Delivery of your order will be instantaneous for prepaid (Credit Card, Net Banking and Debit Card) orders, on your registered billing email id and registered mobile no. with us. For Cash on Delivery it would take approximately 1-2 business days to reach you. We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address: We recommend validating the email id and your address inputs before confirming the same on our website. We do not take responsibility if the delivery address provided is incorrect or outdated. If a package is returned to us because the address is incorrect or outdated we will consider the order status as closed. Please carefully check to make sure that you have entered current and correct address.
Address Format: If you supply a Post Office Box for your shipping address, most shipment partners might be unable to deliver your package. We will try to curb this problem prior to shipping by taking an alternate address from the customers. If the alternate address is not available the order shall not be processed and we will consider the order status as closed.
Failed Delivery Attempts for COD orders: Our shipment partner shall make three attempts to deliver your package and post unsuccessful delivery after these attempts we will consider the order status as closed.
Refused by Recipient: If you are sending a voucher to someone and they refuse to accept the package because they think it is being sent to them by error then the package will be returned to us as undeliverable. By informing your recipient that they should expect a package you will help us ensure that they receive your voucher on time.
